I looked up the meaning of Sakasy, the business name I had chosen by chance, and found out that it means "bag" in Turkmen.
A business name derived from a social media user name has a different meaning in unfamiliar
words from around Central Asia.
It was like a fateful meeting in the market where I was traveling.
I also felt a once-in-a-lifetime chance in the meaning of "bag," which was created by flipping my name, so I combined it with the pale pink of cherry blossoms, which symbolizes Japan's once-in-a-lifetime chance, to make a mark of "backpack inverted left and right."
Taking chance encounters seriously
It was a chance meeting that led to the opening of an Indonesian restaurant, but I was very fortunate to choose a business with an eye on the world.
